Security Level: LEVEL 3 – Emergency Institutional Intervention


I. GENERAL STATUS ASSESSMENT


Sentinel Alpha confirms that Eolisa Space remains structurally stable following the completion of the 14-day restructuring period. Operational readiness has increased, and strategic alignment across departments is now actively being monitored. Communication clarity, project prioritization, and directive efficiency have all shown measurable improvement.

Despite visible progress, Level 3 institutional security remains in place until April 30, 2025, at minimum. This decision reflects the ongoing need for strict coordination, continuous observation, and systemic reinforcement. The company’s status will be re-evaluated at the end of April.


II. SECURITY MEASURES AND CONTINUATION OF LEVEL 3


Level 3 remains active across all operations. Institutional oversight is being enforced with high precision, including behavioral tracking, direct accountability, and strict response protocols.

This is not a martial law structure but a temporary enforcement mechanism for full structural control and synchronization. All units have been notified of updated operational protocols. Strict discipline, direct oversight, and command-focused management will remain in effect until further notice.


III. INTERNAL RESTRUCTURING AND PERSONNEL ALIGNMENT


All internal departments remain under evaluation. New protocols are being introduced progressively, including:

  • Role-based responsibility frameworks

  • Priority-based daily feedback collection

  • Institutional behavior metrics

  • Top-down response command loops

Institutional behavior mapping is active. Instructions, limitations, and performance expectations are being tailored to each department.


IV. EDUCATIONAL & SCIENTIFIC INITIATIVES


EOLS Academy is now undergoing technical preparations for a remote-learning global deployment model. The remote system will allow for worldwide course participation through a stable digital learning platform.

The goal is to launch the EOLS Academy remote education platform within or before May 2025, but this is subject to flexibility. All platform components, including the Moodle server and course delivery mechanisms, are currently being finalized.

Scientific outreach to professors, academic institutions, and research communities is also active. Coordination and direct contact are ongoing with local and international experts.


V. ECONOMIC AND RESOURCE MANAGEMENT


The company has initiated a secure asset storage protocol. As of this week, all positive balance and surplus funds are stored in Ethereum Classic (ETC) in the official Eolisa Space cold wallet. This decision was taken after extensive security evaluation, and ETC was selected for its decentralization and long-term stability.

Current holdings: 351 ETCThis policy will remain active until alternative treasury mechanisms are deemed necessary.


VI. COMMUNICATIONS AND PUBLIC DISCLOSURE


Sentinel Alpha issued multiple public statements through its official communication channels. Instagram and LinkedIn campaigns have reflected the successful completion of the restructuring period. Visual and strategic propaganda content has been released to summarize the 14-day period effectively.

Content includes:

New campaigns will target:
