Regarding the Strategic Termination of the Kickstarter Campaign

The Campaign Technically Succeeded. But Strategically, It Fell Short.
The first Kickstarter campaign launched by Eolisa Space surpassed its minimum target and was technically considered a success by platform standards.
However, from our internal assessment, this campaign was not merely a fundraising attempt — it was also a stress test for our operational readiness, structural coordination, and representational capacity.
While the funding goal was reached, several internal indicators showed that key elements such as communication consistency, production infrastructure, task management, and institutional representation were not yet aligned with our standards.
For this reason, continuing the campaign under such conditions was deemed misaligned with our values and long-term goals, and a conscious decision was made to terminate the campaign strategically.
Why Did We End It? The Reasons Are Clear:
• The relocation process to the United States is still ongoing, preventing the full establishment of our physical production and delivery infrastructure.
• Key legal and logistical steps in the transition have taken longer than initially projected.
• Launch materials, presentation assets, and public-facing documentation were not yet refined to the level that reflects Eolisa Space’s vision.
• Internal communication gaps and unclear task ownership created coordination inefficiencies.
• Budget allocations intended for outreach and PR were redirected toward ongoing scientific projects, which limited campaign visibility.
As such, Eolisa Space determined that accepting funding under a partially prepared structure would not align with our ethical or strategic principles.
Although the campaign raised over $6,300, which exceeds the technical threshold, we do not believe this amount accurately reflects the true value or vision of the project we presented.
Internal pre-campaign estimates indicated that the minimum viable funding to execute this project with quality and reliability was approximately $100,000.
Yes, there were shortcomings and mistakes — but we believe a project of this scale must be launched on solid, complete, and professional foundations.
Therefore, we treat this result not as a financial decision, but as a signal that institutional restructuring is needed before moving forward.
We will correct these structural gaps and return — stronger, more prepared, and with the support we truly deserve.
What Happens Next? Our Timeline Is Clear:
April 1 – April 14, 2025:
A 14-day extraordinary restructuring period led by Sentinel Alpha will take place.
During this time, responsibilities will be redefined, teams streamlined, and all ongoing content, projects, and assets reviewed and refined.
April 15 – End of April 2025:
Full internal operations are expected to resume with improved coordination, clearly defined roles, and enhanced infrastructure.
By the End of 2025:
A new round of campaigns and public launches will be introduced — supported by fully completed materials, institutional readiness, and a vision that matches the scale of the projects we are pursuing.

To the Media and Public:
Eolisa Space does not rely on short-term PR success.
Our strength lies in strategic consistency and long-term institutional vision.
This decision is not a reaction to failure, but a clear act of leadership and maturity.
This Is Not a Pause. It Is a Planned Transition.
This is not a retreat, but a redirection.
Not a breakdown, but a rebuild.
Not a reset, but a realignment.
We do not move forward until we are ready.
But when we are ready — we do not hesitate.
Eolisa Space will return soon — stronger, clearer, and on the foundation we were always meant to build upon.
Respectfully,
SENTINEL ALPHA
